It is our intent to
be transparent in all our transactions and advise you what your chances of
obtaining Planning Permission are, before you commit yourself to any
expenditure, by contacting the relevant authority on your behalf, with an
outline of your requirements. We will then copy you with the Authorities
response so that you can decide what to do.
We also separate the different processes involved in planning and cost these
individually. E.g. Outline planning request...Full Planning request...Building
Regulations. This means that you only pay for what services you require us to
undertake. It may be that if you are a builder you need the relevant drawings
and Planning Application, but can submit a Building Regs. notice yourself. In
which case you would only pay for the Planning Application.
We plan to offer a wide range of services, which are now sought after, at little
extra cost. For example 3D views of your Building...Walk-throughs...
In summary we will do our utmost to treat you as we would ourselves wish to be
treated, if we were in your position.
